Please join us for our 2026 Arkansas Hospitals Fall Quality and Nurse Leaders' Conference. We are excited that AAHQ and ArONL are combining their fall conferences this year, to bring you two dynamic speakers that bring both Quality and Nursing Leadership together as one team... to learn about how you can Safety Shift your organizations. RaDonda Vaught will be with us to share her story and how the impact led her to become a passionate advocate for safety and improvement in healthcare. Kim Werkmeister will focus on how to help transform lessons into a Highly Reliable Organization by touring her "Safety I, II, and III" playbook on high reliability strategies. During the lunch break, we are trying something new...  A POSTER PRESENTATION SESSION (see details below).

CALL FOR POSTER PRESENTATIONS!
We’re excited to invite you to share the great work happening across our state through a poster presentation at this year’s joint ArONL and AAHQ conference! This is an opportunity to showcase innovative projects, improvement initiatives, nursing leadership efforts, research, and lessons learned that are making a difference in practice and patient care. Whether you’re sharing a completed project, early findings, or an idea that has the potential to be applied in other settings, we want to hear what you’re doing and what you’ve learned along the way. Poster abstracts should be 300–500 words and provide a brief overview of the problem or opportunity, project aim, methods or interventions, results or outcomes, and key takeaways or implications for practice, leadership, or quality. Please use the Poster Abstract Template to submit your project to charris@arkhospitals.org and share your work with colleagues from across the state.
