Transforming Health Care Through Shared Governance
Arkansas nursing leaders have an incredible opportunity to hear from internationally renowned expert Dr. Robert Hess, Jr. on how to engage clinical nurses in leading change through shared governance. Additionally, Dr. Amy Huett, and C.J. Newton will share one organization’s transformational experience, and the important role of the nurse leader in a shared governance culture.

Arkansas Hospital Association is approved with distinction as a provider of nursing continuing professional development by the Midwest Multistate Division, an accredited approver by the American Nurses Credentialing Center’s Commission on Accreditation.
Continuing Education
1.0 nursing contact hour will be awarded to nurses who register, attend the event in its entirety, and complete the evaluation via survey monkey attesting to attendance. These steps must be completed within three days following the event to receive nursing hours.
