You must pay your 2026 dues BEFORE you register for the event to receive the member rate. Refunds will not be given for those that pay the non-member rate and then pay their dues.

ASDVS is currently only taking payment by check. You may still register online (see "How to Register" below) and select "pay later" when checking out. You will receive a confirmation via email that will show your balance for registration.

ASDVS members and employees of AHA member hospitals are able to log into the AHA website and register for events online.

>> If this is your first time signing in, please select “Forgot password?” and follow the directions in order to set up a password.
>> Once your password is set, you can log into the website and register for the meeting.
