Registration
This Annual Meeting is developed and provided for Arkansas Hospital Association member hospitals and their employees. Hospitals eligible for membership but choose to not be a member of the AHA, cannot attend.
The registration fee for the event is $200 per hospital employee, per day if registering via the program registration form and mailing or faxing in payment.
If registering online, attendees will receive a $25 discount each day they register to attend ($175 per person, per day).
Companies that are not signed up as sponsors for this event, may not register to attend. If you are interested in sponsoring, please contact Laura Whitaker at lwhitaker@arkhospitals.org.
Online Registration
Employees of AHA Member Hospitals are able to log into the AHA website and register for events. If you have yet to sign into our site, simply click "Forgot password?" under the sign in box and follow the steps to set up a password. Your username is your email address that we have on record for you.
Register online and the registration fee is discounted to $175 per person, per day.
Hotel Information
The 2025 Annual Meeting hotel is the Little Rock Marriott located at 3 Statehouse Plaza in downtown Little Rock. A block of sleeping rooms has been set for Tuesday, October 14th through Friday, October 17th at a rate of $174 (plus tax) per night. Attendees may book their rooms by calling the hotel at (877) 759-6290, or by clicking the link above. The room block will expire on September 29, 2025.
