Open to AHA member hospital participants who are passionate about providing the best possible experience for the patients of your facility: Patient Experience leaders, front line managers, front line staff, physicians, patient advocates and advisors (by special invitation). FREE to all and LUNCH is provided! Join us once again as we continue to focus on Patient Experience across Arkansas. The 2026 Spring Collaborative will focus on the Emergency Department experience. Throughput, best practices, a provider panel, interactive game show, and more!
During registration, there are a few questions you will need to answer. First, any allergies. Second, if you are bringing a patient advisor. Third, please name the top 3 Patient Experience concerns in your ER. PLEASE answer these questions. We have an activity planned based on the Top 3 Concerns question.
