Lynda has practiced in the health law area since 1986, representing a wide variety of healthcare providers including hospitals, physicians, physician groups, nursing homes, and home health agencies. Recently, her practice has focused around representation of hospitals and physicians in HIPAA compliance efforts and other areas of regulatory compliance. Her practice also includes issues involving Stark I and II and Anti-Kickback compliance, Medicare/Medicaid reimbursement, corporate compliance issues, physician and hospital organization issues, managed care, healthcare and hospital law, long-term care and home health.

Randy leads Information Technology for U.S. Orthopaedic Partners (USOP), overseeing the systems, security, and infrastructure that enable one of the Southeast’s fastest-growing orthopedic MSOs to scale with discipline and confidence. With more than 35 years of experience, he is a seasoned operator known for building high-performance IT environments across complex, multi-site organizations. Prior to USOP, Randy held leadership roles supporting global platforms backed by Freeman Spogli & Co. and Roark Capital Group, including work with brands such as Focus Brands - delivering shared services, security frameworks, and operational systems across thousands of locations. That experience now underpins USOP’s ability to integrate acquisitions quickly and operate as a unified platform.
