Q: What events are available for online registrations?
A:
All events are set up for online registrations; however, companies wanting to sponsor an event are not able to register for sponsorship online. Sponsors should reach out to the event contact located at the bottom of the event page.
Q: I registered for an event but did not receive an email confirmation. Where is it?
A: Confirmations are sent from
registration@arkhospitals.org. Please make sure that this email address is on your “approved senders” list in your email.

registration@arkhospitals.org. Please make sure that this email address is on your “approved senders” list in your email.
Q: Who is the contact for events listed on the AHA website?
A: Each event has a contact listed at the bottom of the event page. Clicking the name will open an email directed to that contact. If you have general questions regarding events, please reach out to the education department by phone (501-224-7878).
Q: My company is not a member of the AHA. Am I able to attend AHA events?
A: If an event is developed and presented for AHA member hospitals only, this will be noted on the registration form of each brochure. If an event is provided through grant funding and open to any entity, this is noted on the registration form of the brochure. Brochures for events (if provided) are available for each event, below the overview information.
Q: My company would like to sponsor an event. How do we receive information on sponsorships?
A: If your company is interested in a specific event, please select that event online. If there are sponsorships available, this will be listed on the event with a “contact” to reach out to for more information on sponsorships. If there is no note regarding sponsorships, sponsorships are not available for that event.
