The Arkansas Legislative Council approved four more applications for Emergency Aid Relief to Hospitals from the American Rescue Plan Act funds distributed to Arkansas. Of the $60 million available for the 18 eligible hospitals, $59,716,805 has been allocated to 17 hospitals:

- Drew Memorial Health System

- Howard Memorial Hospital
- Magnolia Regional Medical Center
- Mena Regional Medical Center
- North Arkansas Regional Medical Center
- Ouachita County Medical Center
- Piggott Health System
- South Mississippi County Regional Medical Center
